All students at Joseph Welsh School are leaders.  Not only are they the leaders of tomorrow, but they are the leaders of today.  They are capable, competent, caring global citizens who make a difference in the lives of those around them.

They are empowered individuals who recognize that they control their destiny and make decisions to solve problems.  They are citizens of the world who lead by example.  Our students are recognized by adults as contributing members of our school culture and community.  They go beyond simply respecting tolerance to actively seeking out and appreciating diversity.

All of our students are innovative and empowered leaders today!

Joseph Welsh School Song - 'Leaders For Life'

CHORUS: We are Leaders For Life at a 7 Habits School
And always try our best in everything we do
We carry our own weather and teachers show they care
Everyone here loves to learn and friendship fills the air
Yes, we're Leaders for Life and friendship fills the air.

Everyone is special here we're, one of a kind
We put, first things first and learn new things all the time
We Synergize, work and play together as a team
Begin with the End in Mind to reach our goals and dreams.

                CHORUS

Kindness is important, we feel safe at our school
We believe that we should live by the golden rule
Always wear a smile, because it feels good.
Seek First to Understand and then be Understood.

                CHORUS

We're made to feel we belong - we belong
Learn to get along - get along
                Our school spirit's strong - spirit's song
You can hear it in our song .........

We all think, Win-Win, and we all take part.
Find our voices, make smart choices, listen to your heart!
Everyone is given the opportunity
To be proactive everyday in our community.

                CHORUS
